  • Chip free processing: Through the plastic deformation of the cold extrusion workpiece to complete, especially in the blind hole processing there is no chip removal problem, the parts will not crush and the tap is not easy to break.


    High thread strength: The extrusion tap will not destroy the tissue fiber of the processed material, so the strength of the extruded thread is higher than that of the thread processed by the cutting tap.

    Long service life: Because the extrusion tap does not occur cutting edge passivation, falling edge and other problems, under normal circumstances, its service life is 3 to 20 times that of the cutting tap.


    High production efficiency: Because of the longer service life and faster processing speed, the use of extrusion taps can reduce the time of changing taps and standby, thereby improving production efficiency.
